1. Delivery Coverage

1.2. Physical delivery is currently limited to selected regions. Digital items will be delivered globally via email or direct account activation.


2. Processing Time

2.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Confirmation

3.1. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) will be sent once your order is dispatched.
3.2. For digital products, confirmation will be sent once the item is successfully delivered or activated.


4. Failed Delivery
